In kitchens, bathrooms as well as in other rooms where mold is present, because of the high humidity level, what's wrong and how to treat it?

The moisture condensation and the mold formation is very common and is a result of the low surface temperature of the wall. It can be solved immediately and permanently using special thermal paint, which eliminates the existing thermal bridges.
Recommended: CWC STOP CONDENSE/DIASEN and N.AG. PLUS/CIR for antibacterial protection.

In kitchens and especially in bathrooms, can be perform an additional waterproofing on the tiles without removing them?

The proper treatment is done before laying the tiles with waterproof elastic products. There are of course solutions addressing the waterproofing of joints, with a special waterproof impregnation. In special cases it is proposed to complete the waterproofing of old tile and installing new ones.
Recommended: DEFENDER ELU/CIR or UMBRELLA/ATRIA

In basements, stairwells and pilots often there is significant moisture, leading to detached the plaster, how to we treat it?

The phenomenon of negative hydro pressure is very common and the proper treatment is always from the external surface. There are of course excellent materials that can solve moisture problems in basements internally and in very difficult applications, with proper selection and placement.

Do I have to clean the roof before putting a waterproof product? It is made of concrete. I will also need a primer?

The surface must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, grease etc. It can be cleaned by water blasting or sandblasting. Specific primer should be applied only if the concrete has been smoothed (old and dusty).
Recommended: GRIP PRIMER/DIASEN or IDROSEM PRIMER/ATRIA

Can I just place my waterproofing materials with a roller?

The successful implementation is both the correct choice of materials and the correct installation. Although it seems simple to just use a roller it is not, because the details make the difference as the way to mix the materials, type of stirrer, spreading of material, time, waterproofing, protection in the corners and joints etc.

If existing bituminous membranes have a problem of waterproofing (holes), must be replaced?

It is not necessary. There are special repair materials to re-weld bituminous membranes, which provide complete repair and protection.
Recommended: ULTRAGUM/DIASEN

My terrace in the summer accumulates too much heat, so I need to work the air condition overnight. The only solution is to add some kind of additional insulation?

There is another simple, quick and economical solution: the spreading of the roof with reflective – waterproofing resin, which is resistant to UV and extreme weather conditions, thus significantly reduces the temperature of the roof.
Recommended: ATRIATHERMIKA GUAINA/ATRIA

The use of fiberglass is necessary with the use of elastics waterproofing resins?

It depends on the use of application. Each case requires the right choice as a general rule certainly helps in a more effective solution. I could in many cases be used fiber reinforced waterproofing materials to avoid the use fiberglass.
Recommended: GT AR/ BIEMME

It is required the use of specific membranes for sealing joints, corners and large cracks?

Yes, it is absolutely necessary to use the appropriate membranes and in no way should be avoided to reduce costs.
Recommended: BUTYLTAPE B1 or B2/AIB

In tile roofs which have moisture problem, as well as in joints and at large external cracks, does exist a simple and direct solution?

For simple individual cases there are special sealants in paste form having flexibility, resilience and similar coloring. For large areas requires specific waterproofing membranes.
Recommended: FIBROSTUCK/AZICHEM or EPOSTUC/ATRIA

Do you have materials in form of grout to waterproof underground of concrete structures, from outside?

It is the methodology that is often selected by using specific hydro insulating materials bulking.
Recommended: DIASEAL STRONG/DIASEN or DRACOFLEX/DRACO

If the roof has been tiled and I want to waterproof it, I must remove the tiles first?

Most waterproofing materials work best on concrete, but there are special materials that can be applied onto existing tiles as well as final coating materials for the frequent use of the roof.
Recommended: UMBRELLA/ ATRIA or PROTECH BALCONY/AZICHEM

What kind of floor would you suggest after you apply waterproofing of the terrace or of veranda or generally an external communal space?

There are many types of coatings for exterior surfaces. Depending on the use and proper coloring, create a single durable surface without maintenance problems.
Recommended: SPORTFLOORING/ATRIA

There are more simple, economical and less intrusive solutions than the ``herringbone`` on parking ramps?

Certainly, with special resistant epoxy resins and coarse aggregate, thus creates an aesthetically pleasing surface of high abrasion resistance.
Recommended: FLOORGUM TYRE MONO/DIASEN

There is a plaster that addresses problems of thermal and sound insulation simultaneously?

There are natural materials that can simultaneously have high insulating properties while creating a sound barrier and even at thicknesses less than 4 cm.
Recommended: THERMACTIVE 0.037/DIASEN

Are any colored paints that have waterproofing, thermal even sound insulation properties?

Of course, special epoxy coatings in combination with cork.
Recommended: ATRIATHERMIKA GREEN AIR or ATRIATHERMIKA FIBRAFACE/ATRIA

Are any impregnating materials for concrete to protect from moisture, water and even from salts, acids, etc?

YES, special materials based on silicon, can create permanent, durable concrete surfaces, even for aggressive substances such as salts, acids, alkalis etc.
Recommended: STOP CEM and FINE CEM PLUS/CIR

Can I cover the floor of my garage, with a very thin layer to protect from oil, grease, etc?

Of course, there are specific materials with very thin coatings (1-2 mm), which are extremely resistant to any type of aggressive substances (from 0 to 14 PH).
Recommended: PROMOCEM and ULTRA FINISH/ CIR

How could I clean the marble from dirt, waxes or oils?

Marbles and generally natural stones are porous surfaces, depending on the type of dirt and how aggressively they should be cleaned.  This creates the right conditions for the selection of the cleaning product. Is not the same to clean dirt, rust or other oils than to clean color (graffiti). Also another condition is the surface to have historical value or to be new. Generally for every problem there is a solution guaranteed, simple and fast.

What can I do to protect the exterior of my building from graffiti?

Depends on the surface, if it is porous (natural stones) or non-porous (metal surfaces, smooth, etc.). Generally the porous surfaces are more difficult to be protected by the non-porous. Although permanent protection is not possible, but only for long time (depending on material selection).
Recommended: ADHESION PRIMER and GRAFFITI GUARD MAGIC/NEW PRO

Although I fill a hole I have in the concrete floor, the material is constantly peeling off. Is there a permanent solution?

Yes, there are special epoxy repair materials that can provide permanent solutions in the most difficult cases. There are also high-speed, high-speed repair mortars that offer quicker and more cost-effective solutions.
