STATI Tie

STATI TIE is a stainless helical reinforcing tie, element fixed into a series of drilled holes smaller than 1mm in diameter to a specific site design, enabling retention of separate boreholes to integrate loosened masonry. It can be fixed in place using Stati-CAL system cement or lime mortars fillers, or even a RESISTAT chemical anchor. STATI Tie is applied without the use of resin to compressible materials such as bricks, wood, soft stone and hard plaster, joints.  They are suitable for small-scale repairs to elements of the same or different type (brick-wood, cement-brick, brick-brick, etc.). They can also be applied with epoxy resins on concrete or hard natural stones. They are available in diameters of 8, 10 and 12mm and in lengths from 10 to 150cm.
