TWO-COMPONENT EPOXY PRIMER IN SOLVENT PHASE FOR CONSOLIDATION AND IMPREGNATION
PRIMER ES40 is a two-component epoxy resin specifically formulated for the impregnation and consolidation of dump substrates with moderate porosity. It is applied to concrete blocks, stone material, wood, etc. prior to the application of epoxy, polyurethane and methacrylate cycles. PRIMER ES40 can be applied easily and rapidly both by roller and brush, penetrates deeply even in compact surfaces for effective substrate consolidation, the adhesive strength of PRIMER ES40 helps bonding the subsequent coatings, resistant to water, aggressive solutions and ageing. PRIMER ES40 allows the passage of water vapour.

Consumption: 350-400 g/m2 per coat depending on the substrate
