NEW PRO GRAFFITI MAGIC SEALER/PRIMER is a clear water-based primer. It is used as priming coat on open porous surfaces prior to the application of Graffiti Magic (matt) or Poster Magic (gloss) to prevent the possibility of drying out/desiccation or darkening of the base surface. It can be applied to building stone or brick, concrete, mortar, open porous stone,plaster, untreated wood. For non-Porus surfaces such as metal use NewPro Adhesion Promoter for Non-Porous surfaces.
