SANITIZER DETERGENT FOR THE ELIMINATION AND THE PREVENTION OF THE REGROWTHS OF BIODETERIOGEN MICROORGANISMS

BIO T PLUS is based on an aqueous solution of quaternary ammonium salts and OIT, specifically suited for the cleaning of substrates attacked by infestations of biodeteriogens and for the prevention of their regrowth. BIO T PLUS, given its wide spectrum of action, it is able to remove moss, lichens, yeasts, molds and bacteria responsible for the biodeterioration of materials and architectural monuments. Its application after a detergency, conjugated to its particular combination of active ingredients, prevents any regrowths ensuring a long-last action over time. Its selective action acts only on biodeteriogens, without affecting or altering in any way the supports. The purpose of the product is not just about cleaning by microorganisms but also disinfecting the substrates which they infected.
