BITEMSEAL

CATIONIC BITUMEN EMULSION

BITEMSEAL is a cationic bitumen emulsion (based polymer bitumen compound) for crack sealing, penetration and surface treatment for generally road road maintenence. BITEMSEAL is an economical solution for maintenance treatment of adding asphalt to an existing pavement surface to improve sealing or waterproofing, prevent further stone loss by holding aggregate in place, or simply improve the surface appearance. It seals fine cracks and voids in the surface course and reduce its aging susceptibility by lowering permeability to water and air. BITEMSEAL is applied by mechanical means (spraying with a tanker truck in large areas) and manually (with a hand sprayer, spatula or paint roller in smaller areas) on road surfaces, airport runways, car parks and sports grounds on asphalt pavements, cycle paths and pavements.

Consumption: 1lt/ 3-4 m² per liter, depending upon the surface texture.
