The steel reinforcement bars, as well as the whole area to be repaired, should be cleaned using a wire brush, sandblasting or other mechanical means to remove rust.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4810 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/em4c.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/4.1.2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]3. Apply ATRIACONVERTER of ATRIA with a brush on the reinforcement bars to stabilize the rust.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4811 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/em4c.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/4.1.3-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Coating of a layer of FERROPROTECT by CIR corrosion protection mortar, 1-2 mm thick with a brush on the reinforcement bars and the adjacent concrete surfaces.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4812 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/em4c.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/4.1.4-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Application of AZICHEM CONSILEX SAN by spraying to increase the surface adhesion of existing concrete.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4813 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/em4c.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/4.1.5-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Application of AZICHEM REPAR TIX reinforced concrete repair mortar, in suitable thickness (placed in thickness of 3-4 cm at a time) for the restoration of decomposed concrete.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4814 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/em4c.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/4.1.6-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.
